1. Overview
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders for physical GPS tracking hardware devices and accessories (“Products”) placed through our website at witi.com.au or via any other sales channel operated by Leisure Technologies Pty Ltd (ABN 48 625 304 154), trading as WiTi (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.
2. Delivery Destinations
We deliver to street addresses within Australia and New Zealand only. We do not ship to PO boxes, locked bags, or international destinations outside of Australia and New Zealand.
If you are located outside these regions and wish to enquire about alternative arrangements, please contact us at sales@witi.com.au prior to placing an order.
3. Order Dispatch
We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that orders for Products are dispatched promptly after an order has been placed and payment has been confirmed. Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays).
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including any available tracking information.
4. Delivery Timeframes
4.1 Standard Delivery
Estimated delivery timeframes from the date of dispatch are:
- Australia: 7 to 14 business days
- New Zealand: 7 to 14 business days
These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, and circumstances outside our control.
4.2 Delays
We will notify you as soon as practicable if we become aware of any significant delay to your order. Delays may occur due to high order volumes, carrier disruptions, public holidays, extreme weather events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from delivery delays.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, weight, and dimensions of your order. All shipping costs are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) inclusive of GST.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any such promotions will be clearly displayed on our website and are subject to their own terms and conditions.
6. Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, a tracking number will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery via the relevant carrier’s website. If you have not received a tracking number or are experiencing issues tracking your order, please contact us at sales@witi.com.au.
7. Unsuccessful Delivery
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a notification card or send an electronic notification with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collect your parcel from a designated collection point.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or uncollected parcels, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided at the time of ordering.
8. Risk and Title
Risk of loss or damage to Products passes to you upon dispatch from our facility or our fulfilment partner. Title to Products passes to you upon receipt of full payment. Please refer to our Terms of Service for further details regarding title and risk.
9. Damaged or Lost in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@witi.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the damaged packaging and Product. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Terms of Service and the Australian Consumer Law.
If you believe your order has been lost in transit, please contact us at sales@witi.com.au and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
