SafeTow — FAQ

Yes — SafeTow draws its sensor data from the WiTi Anti-Theft System (SKU 480), so the Anti-Theft System is required to operate.

No. SafeTow is USB-C powered — plug it into any tow-vehicle USB-C port and go. It swaps between vehicles in seconds.

SafeTow is native with the Anti-Theft System SKU 480 (April 2026 onward). Units with serials starting ATB85 may be firmware-updatable — contact support@witi.com.au. It is not compatible with units made before April 2026.

Hill Descent Control, Brake Smoothing and Smart Levelling — plus WiTi TPMS tyre and air-bag monitoring across three dedicated screens (Vehicle, Trailer/Caravan and Air Bag suspension). All shown on the 2.8-inch dash touch screen; TPMS sensors sold separately and enabled via a free over-the-air update.
